Service description

Citely estimates whether AI systems mention your business and suggests technical fixes. Results are informational and not a guarantee of ranking, citation, or business outcomes.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse free checks or attempt to bypass rate limits
• Do not submit unlawful content or scrape the product at scale
• Do not reverse engineer paid features for competing services

Accounts & billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI engines change constantly; a score today may differ tomorrow.
